Confirmed, and nothing is patched yet — I would rather say that than imply progress. The Titio chain is being offered out of order, Kenta's Special Supplements are unobtainable, and you are right that Titiana should come before Titio. The ordering half should improve on its own from the prerequisite fix in #221, which restored 51 quest gates, so please re-test this chain after that lands before I chase it further. The Mimio problem in your comment is separate and real: it is granted without the saddle or the riding skill, and it does not appear in the taming mob slot when equipped. That one I have not touched yet.

Closing this — your v49 run confirmed The Birth of Titio is now offered in the right order, after Titiana rather than before. That came from the prerequisite repair on 221 as expected.
