ribbons seems to not drop as well

Checked Pig Beach's drop tables directly — Pig and Ribbon Pig both have real, correctly-wired loot (leather, potions, ores, a monster card, some low-odds equips/scrolls), so nothing's broken in the drop pipeline. But neither v83 nor this port ever had a standalone 'Pig Head' or 'Ribbon' as a lootable item — those are baked into the mob's sprite, not separate drops, which is an easy thing to expect from the names. Same answer on the ribbons in your follow-up. Won't-fix — there's nothing droppable that isn't already dropping.

You were right, and this turned out to be much bigger than your report. Thank you for filing it.
I closed this saying there's no such thing as a pig's head or a ribbon drop. There is: Pig's Head and Pig's Ribbon are both real items, they're both already in our item list, and between them TEN quests ask you to collect them. Neither was in any monster's drop table, so those quests were impossible to finish. Exactly what you said.
Chasing it down showed the whole drop system was built from the wrong source. Our tables came from one private-server project when they should have come from the one we treat as authoritative. Comparing the two: 3,758 drops were missing entirely across 476 monsters, and 3,237 more had the wrong rate. Ribbon Pig's single most common drop — its ribbon, at 60% — simply wasn't there.
The tables are now rebuilt from the authoritative source. Every rate matches it exactly, and there are no longer any quest items that a monster we've got is supposed to drop but doesn't. Leather from pigs also goes from 20% to its real 5%, so some things will drop LESS — that's the correct number, not a nerf.
Shipping in the next build. When it's up: kill some pigs and you should see Pig's Head (4%) and, on Ribbon Pigs, the ribbon very often. Leaving this in progress until you've confirmed that.

Pushed. Final numbers, since this grew a long way past your report.
The drop tables are rebuilt from the authoritative source. Rates that disagreed with it: 3,237 → 0. Quest items that a monster we have was supposed to drop but didn't: 18 → 0. Pig's Head and Pig's Ribbon are both in, along with Leaf, Fire Boar's Tooth and fourteen others that were blocking quests the same way.
Two things I want to be straight about. Nothing that drops today stops dropping — where our table had a row the authoritative source doesn't, I kept ours rather than deleting it. And some rates go DOWN because they were too generous, not as a nerf: Leather from pigs was 20% and is really 5%. Separately, Horntail turned out to be listed 163 times over only 72 distinct items, so it was rolling each of its drops up to three times — that's de-duplicated now, which does make it less generous, correctly.
I also had to update the server's own list of what each monster is allowed to drop — it was stale, and would have rejected the new items for everyone else on the map even though you'd see them.
To re-test: Pig Beach. Pig's Head is 4% so give it a few minutes; the ribbon from Ribbon Pigs is 60% and should be constant. If the ribbon isn't dropping, something's still wrong and I want to know.

Fixed and shipped — and this one turned out to be much bigger than pigs.
Pig's Head (4000017) and Pig's Ribbon (4000002) are real items, are in our catalog, and ten quests need them. Neither was in ANY drop table, so no amount of time on Pig Beach could have produced one, and those ten quests were uncompletable.
Root cause: our drop tables had been generated from MapleSolaxia when Cosmic is the designated primary source for drops. The diff was 3,758 rows missing across 476 monsters and 3,237 rates wrong. Regenerated from Cosmic's own drop data as a UNION — Cosmic wins any row it has, and a row we already shipped that Cosmic lacks is KEPT, so nothing that drops today stopped dropping. Rate divergence went 3,237 to 0; quest items with no dropper went 18 to 0. Horntail was also de-duplicated: it carried 163 rows over 72 distinct items, and those 91 duplicates were making every one of its drops roll up to three times.
The server's own allowlist was stale too and would have rejected the new items out of every drop relay, so that was regenerated with it.
LIVE on the published build. Thank you for the hours on the beach — that is what made it findable.
