Confirmed -- all three of Charcoal, BBQ Sauce and Maple Raw Meat were unobtainable. This one is a family: the start quest wants 10 of each and the three follow-up tiers want 30 of one each, and none of the four had drop rows.

All four are wired now, so the whole BBQ chain runs. Thank you for listing the exact three items; that is what made it quick to confirm.
