Warm Milk Delivery quest
FIXED
After accepting the quest, headed to Kerning City Potion shop. The NPC is supposed to sell Warm Milk. However, he does not show the item in the shop.

Confirmed — the shop was missing the row, and the quest was unwinnable because of it.
Warm Milk is not a drop; it is shop stock, and v83's own quest text says so: "Icarus is in Kerning City; you should be able to purchase a glass of warm milk from the store there." That store is Dr. Faymus in the Kerning City Pharmacy, which is where you went. Our shop tables were built from a GMS server dump that has holes in it, and this was one of them — the item existed in the catalogue, the quest required it, and nothing in the game sold or dropped it.
Added at 1 Veso, which is what the item's own price in the v83 client says and what the Japanese server's copy of that same shop lists it at. Every other row of that shop matches ours item-for-item and price-for-price, which is what makes the missing one safe to restore rather than guess at.
For the record I did NOT add the other five rows that dump has and ours lacks — four of them are Magnifying Glasses, a post-Big-Bang item v83 never shipped. Only the row with v83 evidence behind it went in.
On the dev branch, live at the next publish.
