in the description of the skill soul arrow : bow it shows 'sec' instead of 'sec.'

Same as #35/#37, and this ticket is the best evidence that it is authentic: Soul Arrow : Bow and Soul Arrow : Crossbow are sibling skills, and they disagree with each other in v83's own String.wz - one writes 'sec' and the other does not match it. That inconsistency is in the source data, not in our rendering. WON'T FIX for parity.
